From the Downtown Square:  Head east on Route 40 (Silver Springs Boulevard) 8/10ths of a mile to NE 8th Avenue.  Landmarks are Walgreen's and Petal Pusher Florist at the intersection of NE 8th and Route 40.  Turn left (North) on NE 8th Avenue and follow that road north two miles.  In doing so, you will cross NE 10th St/NE 14th St. and then a set of railroad tracks.  Dillon Video and Film Productions is another 6/10th of a mile on the left side of the road.  We are located in the Commercial Center (look for sign).  If you come to a four-way STOP, you have passed us by 100 feet or so.  (NE 8th Road is the same road as NE 8th Avenue.  The name changes at the intersection of NE 10th/NE 14th and NE 8th.)
